Our company was founded ten years ago, initially as an auto parts trading company serving the domestic market. From day one, we had a simple goal: not to be a mere middleman, but to become a professional supplier that truly helps customers solve problems. It is this goal that has propelled us step by step over the past decade – with the first nine years dedicated exclusively to domestic trade – to build the technical capabilities, quality system, and service network we have today.
Early Startup: Making Professionalism “Solid”
In the first five years, while many in the domestic industry were busy building channels and boosting sales, we focused our energy on establishing a product database and quality standards. We compiled parts compatibility information covering mainstream passenger and commercial vehicle models and implemented incoming material inspection for every product entering our warehouse, checking everything from appearance and dimensions to materials. Subsequently, the company successfully passed ISO 9001 quality management system certification. This work may seem basic, but it laid the foundation for us to later manage thousands of SKUs and maintain stable delivery. Back then, our domestic customers would say, “I feel at ease leaving my goods with you,” which was the highest praise we could receive.
Transition Period: From “Product Expertise” to “Technology Expertise”
As automotive technology upgraded, we realized that the domestic market didn’t lack middlemen, but rather suppliers who truly understood the engineering logic behind parts. Therefore, we invested in establishing an engineering technology department, purchasing necessary equipment such as coordinate measuring machines, durability testing benches, and material analyzers, and recruiting engineers with OEM backgrounds. We began working with factories to verify samples and improve technologies, gradually developing our own product acceptance standards and improvement capabilities in areas such as chassis components, thermal management systems, and engine peripheral sensors. During this period, the company obtained IATF 16949 automotive industry quality system certification, signifying that our quality control and technical management had reached the requirements of OEM components, and can be seen as a confirmation that we had truly crossed the threshold into becoming a “professional supplier” – all while continuing to serve our domestic customers with ever-increasing reliability.
Globalization Period: Bringing Our Domestic Strength to the World
This year, with a solid foundation built over nine years in the domestic market, we have begun expanding into overseas markets. Instead of simply accepting orders and shipping, we first spent time researching the regulations, climate, and driving habits of the target regions. We have proactively sent our products for compliance testing according to international standards such as ECE and SAE. We are now gradually building long-term supply relationships with overseas customers, and have initiated the establishment of cooperative transit warehouses in key markets, enabling response times within days in core areas. In this early stage of internationalization, we haven’t pursued short-term growth, but rather are relying on the delivery stability and product consistency we honed domestically to earn the repeat purchases and trust of overseas customers step by step.
Today and Future: Strength Lies in Stability and Attention to Detail
After ten years of accumulation, we currently manage tens of thousands of square meters of warehouse space, with over ten thousand SKUs available for daily sale. Our annual order accuracy rate remains above 99%, and we have a team of engineers capable of providing rapid technical consultation. The first nine years of domestic focus and this new step into global markets share the same core: we haven’t done anything earth-shattering; we’ve simply focused on doing the three seemingly simple things—on-time delivery, stable quality, and rapid problem resolution—diligently, for ten years.
In the future, we will continue along this path. In the long-chain, high-responsibility automotive parts industry, true strength lies not in words, but in every silent, on-time delivery and every durable part. We are very clear that this trust is the result of our way of doing things over the past decade—nine years of serving domestic customers and now beginning to serve global ones—and it is the only way we will continue to follow.
