The WG9000360518 Proportioning Valve / Adapter Valve is an important pneumatic component of the SINOTRUK HOWO heavy-duty truck air brake system, primarily used to regulate the compressed-air pressure supplied to the front axle braking circuit. When the driver operates the brake system, compressed air generated and controlled by the main brake valve travels through the pneumatic circuit toward the wheel-end braking components. WG9000360518 is positioned within this circuit to manage the pressure delivered to the front axle, helping establish the appropriate braking-force distribution for the vehicle. In the HOWO A7 brake-system documentation, the valve is shown between the main brake valve and the left and right front braking circuits, with connections involving the front brake chambers and ABS solenoid valves.
